Day 2 – Gwynver to Boslow Farm – 10 miles

Left Gwynver around 8.30. Our thanks to Gina for a pleasant stay. Headed for the coastal path – quite a steep drop down to Gwynver Cove.
Huge waves crashing on the beach. The coastal path was quite difficult in parts but we made our way round to the Cot Valley then up to St Just. We had a look inside the church and then sat in the porch for lunch – mandarin orange, apple and a chunk of walnut bread. Left St Just and walked up onto the moors. Had no luck finding a place to camp overnight. Decided to ask at Boslow Farm. A friendly chap named Phil said we could camp in their field and he also gave us  £5 for Macmillan too – thanks Phil. Managed to get the tent up in the very windy weather. Supper was pasta in a mug with toasted walnut bread and philly cheese. Another good day.
